We are an elegant, award-winning adult foster care home located in the bedroom community of DeWitt, just a few miles north of Lansing in the heart of mid-Michigan. Rosewood can accommodate up to 12 residents who are provided superior personalized care. Our staff-to-resident ratio allows for extra pampering, individualized attention and life-enriching activities.

In 2002, Rosewood received the Governor’s Quality Care Award, which recognizes facilities that provide the best quality of care in the state.
Nationally
In 2011, the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) honored Rosewood with the Bronze-level National Quality Award for Commitment to Quality. This award recognizes the quality improvement initiatives and accomplishments of long-term care facilities. Rosewood was the first 12-bed adult foster care home in Michigan to receive this award.
Credentialed
Rosewood achieved Levels I, II and III of Quality Care recognition from the Michigan Center for Assisted Living (MCAL).
Giving Back
In 2010, Rosewood was recognized for being the top fundraiser in the Lansing region for the national Alzheimer’s Association.
